Please bring a healthy packed lunch, snack bag with plenty of water and comfy dance clothing!

Pickup at 1pm!

Complimentary Facilites and Hotel Entry for Ibiza Dance schools to change and get ready (parents can wait at the bar with a complimentary cocktail or take a quick dip in the pool).

Gala starts at 6pm!

FREE DJ Bubble and Foam Splash Afterparty Day 1 for Minis, Juniors and Inters. (10 pm end)

FREE DJ and Boat Afterparty Day 2 for Seniors and College/Uni. (11pm End)

Our events are chaperoned with lifeguards and 1st aid on site. We require one chaperone from your party, per 10 young person.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REGIONAL EVENTS

These terms and conditions apply to Regional tickets purchased from LoveDanceLive. These terms and conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For further information about your statutory rights contact Citizens Advice (www.adviceguide.org.uk). Any purchase of a Regional ticket from us is subject to: a) these terms and conditions, b) any special conditions and/or restrictions which may be displayed on our website.

PURCHASING YOUR REGIONAL TICKET

The purchase of a Regional ticket is subject to availability and subject to acceptance by LoveDanceLive We use our best efforts to ensure that the prices of the Regional tickets displayed are correct. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some Regional tickets on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of a Regional ticket you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you of this error. You will have the option of continuing with the purchase at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you of the cancellation. Age restrictions apply to the Regionals. Please note that where age restrictions apply, you book accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is, or appears to be, under or over the applicable age. If we suspect that your Regional ticket has been purchased fraudulently, we may cancel your booking.

RESELLING YOUR REGIONAL TICKET

Regional tickets sold or being offered for sale for commercial gain or profit is strictly prohibited and we reserve the right to cancel your booking and refuse entry to the event. You may resell your ticket for the same price to another dancer as long as they are in the same age category.

REQUESTING REFUNDS

Regional tickets cannot be refunded after purchase. If for any reason you can no longer attend the Regional event you have purchased a ticket for, you may have the option to transfer onto another Regional event of the same value, this is subject to availability and subject to acceptance by LoveDanceLive

CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT OR CHANGES TO YOUR REGIONAL EVENT

In the occurrence that an event is changed, postponed or cancelled, it is your responsibility to check that the event is going ahead as advertised. All advertised times are approximate and subject to change. If your event is postponed, your Regional ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date and you have the following options: Attend your rescheduled LDL Regional Transfer to another LDL Regional Convention Transfer your tickets over to an LDL Regional 2023 Request a refund if none of the above options are suitable, please note – All Payments are made one month before the event date. A refund must be requested at least one month/28 days prior to the date of the competition you are booked into. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.
